FashTap Return Policy

At FashTap, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All refunds will be issued as store credit.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, click here to lookup your order and get started. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take steps to correct it.
